Canadian Coin News

Project Overview

Trajan Publishing Corporation approached us with a plan to not only redesign and build a mobile-friendly website for Canadian Coin News, but to also help them create a digital version of their magazine.

During the project, we also came up with a brand new business model using micro-transactions to better help drive Trajan's sales and adding the ability to unlock "Trends" which allows customers to view up-to-date values for their coins, notes, and medals.

Using the capabilities of the WordPress Multi-site feature, we were able to create a similar website for the Canadian Coin News sister magazine, Canadian Stamp News. Multi-site benefits include the ability to share users, standardize design elements, and install, manage, and update one instance of WordPress or plugins that will effect each of the different sites.
